The Government of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)toward the cost of REAL ESTATE REGISTRATION PROJECT, and it intends to apply part ofthe proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Development ofReal Estate Registration, Cadastre and Management System (RERCMS) ICB No: RER/G/RERCMS/08/10. The Project Management Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for design and developmentof Real Estate Registration, Cadastre and Management System (RERCMS) for SCPI, including related services like re-engineering of business processes, , installation, integration, training, and technical support). Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures asspecified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans andIDA Credits, May 2004, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
