7. Contract description:
The scope of the present project is the transportation and the
installation of 6 portal monitors (4 vehicle monitor pairs and 2
pedestrian monitor pairs), 4 utility panels, 6 cameras, and 2
communication systems at the Kartsakhi site, about 160 km west of Tbilisi,
in Georgia. The project is to be implemented in cooperation with the
Second Line of Defense (SLD) of the US Department of Energy (DoE) and the
Georgian patrol police. The project covers the work required to install
electronic enclosures and supporting ancillary equipment for the radiation
monitoring and surveillance system at the specific work site of Kartsakhi
in Georgia.

250 000 EUR.

Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 99/2000 of 29.12.1999 concerning the
provision of assistance to the partner States in eastern Europe and
