The associated NAICS code is 532490 with a $7.0M size standard. The requirement is for a Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)-Turn-Key Installation Project at Langley AFB, Virginia. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for the 23 August 2010, 9:00 A.M., meet at 633d Contracting Squadron, 74 Nealy Ave, Building 90, Langley AFB, VA. This will include one site visit only due to time constraints at the 633d Medical Group, Langley AFB, VA. Attendees are limited to two (2) people per company. Names must be submitted by e-mail to the Point of Contact listed in this notice, no later than 13 August 2010 at 3:00 P.M., in order to be included on the list for a visitor's pass. The e-mail shall include the company name and name of attendees. For access to Langley AFB, visitors must enter through the LaSalle Gate and stop at the visitor's center for a pass, bring a driver's license. In order to obtain a vehicle pass for Langley AFB bring vehicle registration, proof of insurance and driver's license.
