The Bahrain Petroleum Company BSC (Closed) hereby invites tender for the following:

TENDER TITLE:
ALUMINIUM WINDOWS AND DOORS FOR BAPCO HOUSING & MISCELLANEOUS BUILDINGS IN AWALI AND ADJACENT AREAS

Interested Contractors with proven capabilities and experience in providing the above services may contact Bapco Contracts Department at the Refinery on Telephone 17755693, 17755438 or 17757054 on the Sundays and Tuesdays (only) from Tuesday 10th August, 2010 to Tuesday 7th September, 2010 between 08:30 am and 10:30 am to obtain the appropriate tender documents after depositing the non-refundable tender fees in Bapco’s bank account (BBK 100000009664 or NBB 94010005). Contractors should deposit full contact details with the Contracts Department. An Initial Bond should be enclosed for the amount specified above or 1% of the bid value, whichever is lesser, (under no circumstances shall the initial bond be less than BD.100:000) payable by a Manager cheque, letter of guarantee or insurance policy issued by Local Agencies or Cash. The bond shall remain valid throughout the tender period specified in the relevant tender documents.
Quotation should be deposited in the tender box provided at the Tender Submission Office, Tender Board Office, 7th Floor, Al Moayyed Tower, Seef Area, before 01.30 pm on the tender closing date.
This tender is subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree No.36 of 2002 with respect to Regulating Government Tenders & Purchases and the Legislative Decree No.37 of 2002 with respect to the Tender Law’s Implementing Regulations.
- The following conditions shall be complied with:
1. Enclose a copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate valid for the current year, and be in conformity with the subject tender.
2. Submit quotations on “Tender Submission Form” No. (TB 02).
3. Enclose a copy of Certificate of Compliance with the Employment Percentage for Bahraini Manpower issued by the Ministry of Labour.
4. Ensure to stamp with the official seal on all the original documents and copies thereof, which form part of the offer.
