Individual service contract forecast

Financing agreement between the EU and Government of Georgia on support to
the public management reform in Georgia, phase II, Decision No 21780.

European Union, represented by the European Commission, on behalf of and
for the account of Georgia, Tbilisi, GEORGIA.
6. Nature of contract:
Fee-based.
7. Contract description:
The objective of the contract is to provide a systematic review of the PFM
reforms and implementation of the EU 2010–2011 sector policy support
programme by Georgian authorities. Produced outputs and reports shall
enable the Commission to use them as a tool for monitoring programme
execution and taking decisions on installments disbursement.
8. Indicative budget:
400 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice:
September 2010.

Please note that the awarding of the contract is subject to the prior
conclusion of a financing agreement.
11. Legal basis:
European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument (Regulation (EC) No
1638/2006 of the EP and of the Council — OJ L 310/1 of 9.11.2006).
