Individual supply contract forecast

European Union, represented by the European Commission, on behalf of and
for the account of the beneficiary country, Yerevan, REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA.
6. Contract description:
In the frame of the project 'Task I: Armenian border crossing station',
the radiation detection equipment to be deployed at an Armenian border
station, more specifically the Gyumri airport, will be purchased. The
contract will include a supply of equipment, on-site installation and
training of operators.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots:
The supply will consist of separate lots (indicatively 3):
Lot 1: 1 dual-pillar radiation portal monitor for vehicles (with an option
for a second one) inclusive of central alarm station.
Lot 2: 6 radiation portal monitors for pedestrians/luggage.
Lot 3: 3 hand-held radiation monitors with isotope identification (RIID).
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice:
Second semester 2010.

Regulation (EC) No 1717/2006 of the EP and of the Council establishing an
instrument for stability — OJL 327/1 of 24.11.2006.
Remarks:
There must be a minimum period of 30 calendar days between the publication

procurement notice.
