The Small Business Administration intends to award a sole source contract to Omega Performance Corporation for commercial loan training for Loan Specialists located in Sacramento, California for the estimated award amount of $93,000.00. The training curriculum was developed by Omega and is therefore proprietary data as authorized by 41U.S.C. 253(c)(1) Only one responsible source. The course was designed for financial institution training and is determined to meet the Government's requirements to provide equivalent training to SBA Loan Specialists. Firms meeting the requirements contained herein may respond with their capabilities to Patricia Palmer, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at patricia.palmer@sba.gov no later than COB August 10, 2010.
