The Court Services and Offenders Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia is seeking firms, Faith Based organizations or nonprofit organizations capable of developing and delivering Faith-Based Reintegration Services for select offenders located in Washington D.C.. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies needed to facilitate and coordinate Faith-Based Reintegration Services. These services will include but is not limited to: Outreach, Recruitment, and Retention of Faith Institutions and Mentors; Training of Program Coordinators/Mentors; Coordination of Cluster Council Activities; Mentor/Mentee Management; Service Referrals; Mentor Program Coordination and Supervision and Case Management Services The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624190. This solicitation is open to all sources. The approximate solicitation issue date is August 17, 2010 with an approximate response date of September 17, 2010. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price Definite Quantity contract. The performance period is one (1) base year and a one (1) year option period. The Option Period is exercised at the preference of the Government. This solicitation may result in a single or multiple awarded contracts. The place of performance for the resulting contract will be in the District of Columbia. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for release of the final solicitation, updates, amendments and all documents as a result of this solicitation. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issues. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE SENT OUT. Prospective Offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for a contract award. Registration requires applicants to have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) provided by Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B) and a Tax Identification Numbers (TIN)

Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for award.
