This Acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for Ground Maintenance Services to be performed at two locations; (1) Santa Fe Indian Hospital located at 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico and (2) San Felipe Health Clinic, Cedar Street, Bldg #4, San Felipe, New Mexico as specified within the solicitation.

Prospective Offerors may review the solicitation which is available at http://www.fbo.gov under RFQ number: 10-242-SOL-00029. The offeror can submit, by US Postal Service or hand delivered, hardcopies of their quotes to the following address: Attn: Darrell Chino, Contract Specialist, Albuquerque Area Indian Health Services, Division of Contracts & Grants Management, 5300 Homestead Road NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110-1293.

The Solicitation 10-242-SOL-00029 will be issued on/about July 28, 2010.
