CONDITIONS
• Copies of Tender document can be collected from QNH Procurement Office, during working hours on payment of non-refundable document fees to QNHC Bank Account No. 0013-038587-060 with Qatar National Bank.
• Tenders should be accompanied by a Tender Bond of QR 15,000.00 issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar as a temporary deposit and valid for 120 days from the closing date.
• The successful Tenderer shall submit a Performance bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar equivalent to 10% of the contract sum that shall be valid for 30 days after the completion date of the contract.
• Offers should be for ONE Original and TWO Copies and valid for 90 days commencing from the above closing date.
• QNH shall have the right to increase or decrease the scope of work by 20% with the same terms and conditions of prices.
• QNH should not be bound to accept the lowest or any other tender and is under no obligation to show reasons thereof.
• Tenders should be submitted not later than 11.00 a. m. on the closing date and must be deposited into the Tender box provided in the Internal Audit Office, located on the 1st Floor, at QNH Head Quarter on the “C” Ring Road and should be in sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman, Tender Committee. Quoting the Tender No and subject.
• Offers arriving after the closing date will not be considered.
