Brief:
To participate in this Tender it shall be necessary for Tendereres to contact the above contact person to get approval for participation.


1. Tenderers shall submit their offers in sealed envelopes or packages which shall bear the tender title, number and address of Oman Refineries and Petrochemicals Company LLC.

2. The exterior of the sealed envelopes or packages must not reveal the identity of the tenderers.

3. Bids shall be delivered to the following address:

Bid Submission Date/ Time shall be on or before the above specified dead line. Any proposal submitted after the given Date/ Time shall be rejected.

Requirements:
Specialized Companies interested to participate must provide the following documents for the collection of the tender documents:

For Local Companies:

o A valid copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI).

o A copy of a computer printout (as issued by MCI), which shows the areas of business, which the company is allowed to operate in and the ownership details.

o Partnership Agreement (PA), which is registered with the MCI for Omani and Foreign Parties or Agency Certificate.
o A valid copy of the Government Tender Board Registration Certificate.

For International Companies:
o The name and address of the Contractor's agent resident in Oman (if applicable).

o Company Profile (Experience Details, Existing Registration Information, Details of Services)
