Note: The works comprises demolition of existing gate with connected boundary wall and construction, completion & maintenance of G+1 office building to a total built up area of approx. 2505 m2 with required electromechanical works including guardroom, sub-station, water tank with enclosure and all external works with external services, soft & hard landscaping including covered parking and boundary fence as detailed in Tender drawings. Scope of works also includes shifting of existing power cable.
