Contractul este cofinantat din fondurile masurii Asistenta Tehnica (511) din cadrul Programului National pentru Dezvoltare Rurala (fonduri comunitare).

Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în situatiile prevazute la art. 181 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006
Certificat unic de înregistrare emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului - copie;
Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului teritorial, pe raza caruia ofertantul este resident din care sa rezulte ca obiectul principal sau secundar de activitate al firmei este specific acestei achizitii publice - original sau copie legalizata.
Certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organele fiscale competente, din care sa rezulte ca operatorul economic nu are datorii la bugetul general consolidat la data deschiderii ofertelor - original sau certificat de ofertant "conform cu originalul";
Certificat privind plata impozitelor si taxelor locale - original sau certificat de ofertant "conform cu originalul".

Media cifrei de afaceri a ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici împreuna) pe anii 2007, 2008 si 2009 trebuie sa fie de minim 100.000 Euro. Media profitului net al ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici împreuna) pe anii 2007, 2008 si 2009 trebuie sa fie pozitiva.

- Autorizatia pentru comercializarea produselor din partea producatorului. În cazul în care se prezinta autorizatie de la un importator direct, aceasta trebuie însotita si de autorizatia data acestuia de catre producator, valabila la data deschiderii ofertelor.
- Certificat privind normele de protejare a mediului inconjurator ISO 14001:2004 sau echivalent - copie legalizata;
- certificate care atesta implementarea si mentinerea unui sistem de mentinere a calitatii pentru furnizor si producator conform conditiilor din standardul ISO 9001:2000 - copie legalizata
- Pentru cartusele monocrom se solicita documente din care sa reiasa ca, "capacitatea consumabilelor este declarata conform standardului ISO/IEC 19752" - copie legalizata
- Declaratie privind lista principalelor furnizari de produse in ultimii 3 ani, continând valori, perioade de prestare, beneficiari, indiferent daca acestia din urma sunt autoritati contractante sau clienti privati:
- copii dupa contracte si recomandari/certificari pentru fiecare contract ce probeaza experienta similara (original sau copie conforma cu originalul, semnata si stampilata)
