The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract for up to 5 years for MathWorks Products, including consultation and training, on a sole source basis to The MathWorks, 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098. The software products covered under the contract will support all NAVAIR users and will be purchased by and for the various NAVAIR Divisions. The MathWorks has proprietary rights to the MatLab Software Maintenance. Respondents, other than the above, should submit, at a minimum, their qualifications and any other information considered pertinent to the requirement to the Contract Specialist within 10 days after publication of synopsis. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 July 2010. The anticipated award date is 23 December 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 22.
