Note: Each bid must be accompanied by an initial deposit in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to AED 50,000 (Only AED Fifty Thousand)

Department of Municipal Affairs- Al Ain Municipality, invites eligible Companies and institutions working in the UAE, specialized in the field of Printing and Stationary To submit their proposals for the following tender.
Tenders shall be submitted to the Secretariat of Bids Opening Committee at the first floor of the Municipality building. All required, and approved documents for the tender shall be enclosed in red-sealed envelopes. Bids shall be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project name, and shall be addressed to the Secretariat of Bids Opening Committee.
Each bid must be accompanied by an initial deposit in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to AED 50,000 (Only AED Fifty Thousand), and valid for (90) days from Bids submitting date. Kindly be informed that Cheques are not accepted even if certified. A copy of the initial deposit shall be submitted to the Secretariat of Bids Opening Committee. The Tender shall be valid and irrevocable for a period of (90) ninety days. All non-registered participants must register in Al Ain Municipality Registry, one week prior to Bids opening. All non-registered bids shall be discarded and returned to the Agencies. These tenders are subject to the law of tenders, auctions, and warehouses. No (6) for 2008. Please submit a copy of the Trade license. This ad is an integral part of the conditions and documents of the Tender.
