IESCO seeks to invite Mated tenders from the firms/manufacturers who are pre-qualified/registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) PEPCO (WAPDA) Lahore or with any DISCO for the year 2010-11 for supply of following material on free delivery basis to IE SCO Computer Centre Islamabad
Amount of bid guarantee for non registered firm Rs in Million 1.365; Amount of bid guarantee for registered firm Rs in Million 0.682; tender will be received on 5-8-2010 at 1100 hours and will be opened at 1130 on the same day in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives bearing authority letters who care to attend IESCO Head Office Conference Room, Sector G-7/4, Street No 40, Islamabad
Terms and conditions: The prices should be firm and final on FCS Basis without involving any foreign exchange; Tender must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee for an amount as given above valid for 160 days (one hundred and eighty days) m the form of Bank Guarantees Call Deposit issued by any schedule bank of Pakistan; Tender forms including terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of Manager (MM), against non refundable amount of Rs 1000/- per tender on any working day during office hours till day eerier from the opening of the tenders; IESCO reserves the right to increase or decrease the tendered quantity at the time of issuance of purchase order or during the currency of the contact. The validity of Tender is also extendable as considered necessary by the Company; No tender will be issued on the dale of opening of tenders; Copy of renewal of renewal of Registration /Prequalification with any DISCO/PEPCO (WAPDA) and Registration with Sales Tax Department should be produced at the time of issuance of tender Documents /Bid schedule; Pre-bid Conference will be held on 30-07-2010 at 10:30 Hours; Note: This tender notice is also available at PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk Non repeated firms can also participate in the tender.
