Dear Sirs,
INVITATION TO TENDER

We are pleased to invite you quote your lowest price for the supply of the following item, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

* 500600086 DP Continuous Paper 6PLY 11”X9-1/2” Plain white with BAS Logo and “Bahrain
Airport Services” printed on the top page right corner side. 300 Ctn.

1) The quantities shown above represents our estimated twelve (12) months consumption and is intended as a guide for you in preparing your quotation.

2) Any prices accepted by us shall remain fixed for all relevant purchase orders placed by us within (12) twelve months period from the date of our acceptance and shall be subject to the conditions of our Purchase orders.

3) If an urgent delivery is required other than the stated hereon, you must be able to fulfill within 24 hours at no extra cost.

4) Your prices shall include delivery of materials to BAS Stationary Stores.

5) Acceptance of quotations shall be communicated by Letter of Intent which, when acknowledge by you, shall constitute a Purchase Agreement. Thereafter, we shall, at our sole option, issue from time to time written purchase orders, normally on monthly basis, for specific quantities for delivery to us on specific date.

6) We shall not be obligated to accept any delivery other than the stated in our purchase order.

7) Supplies must be available ex-stock. If for any reason you have no supplies, BAS reserves the right to purchase at the market price and charge you the difference in price.

8) When your price have been accepted and the Letter of Intent has been signed by both parties, you will be required to supply materials.

Please send your quotation in a sealed envelope addressed to Manager Logistics and General Services or by e-mail: mtender@bas.com.bh , not to be copied to any other party and to reach us no later than the above closing date.

Bahrain Airport Services will not be obligated to accept the lowest quotation and we reserve the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reasons.

NOTE:-
• Please confirm receipt of this request within 48 hours, and indicate whether or not your firm will be participating in the process by e-mailing: (fouzia@bas.com.bh), NOT tender e-mail address) If not interested to quote , please send a REGRET LETTER.

• For sealed tender you have to mention our reference, closing date and your company's name on the envelope, otherwise it will be disqualified. For e-mail tender all proposals MUST ONLY contain our tender reference number (ENT-979) and your company's name in the subject heading' which will allow us to identify which suppliers have submitted quotations without having to open the contents of the e-mails and your quotation not be copied to any other party, otherwise it will be rendered as disqualified.

• “please ensure you activate the request for delivery receipt in your email tracking option to enable a formal acknowledgment of receipt to your response (please get your IT department help if needed). Otherwise BAS cannot guarantee the receipt of your email”.

Bahrain Airport Services will not be obligated to accept the lowest quotation and we reserve the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reasons.
