Water component:
lot 1: intake works, WTP works, access roads, main supply lines from
intakes to Coulibistrie and Picard highways;
lot 2: supply lines along highway from Salisbury to Capuchin;
lot 3: all storage tank works and supply lines from main west coast
highway to storage tanks.
