Tender Documents can be obtained from the Directorate General of Technical Affairs, Al Khuwair, during the office hours.
• Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Bond for 1% of total tender value in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Certified Cheque issued by a local Bank addressed to H.E. the Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee valid for 90 days from the last dated of tender submission.
• Tenders must be submitted in closed envelopes sealed with red wax. The Tender No. and name of the project shall be written on the top of the envelope containing the tender. Nothing should be written on the exterior of the envelope to display the identity of the tenderer.
• Tenders should be addressed to H.E. The Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee and deposited in the Tender Box, Ground Floor, MRM&WR Building, Al Khuwair.
• Priority of award shall be given to the offer including the largest possible quantity of national products.
• The Ministry is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender
