I. The Technical specifications given in clause 3 of Section VI ( Schedule of Requirements) of the bidding documents are revised as under:

II. The deadline date for submission of bids advertised against above IFB and last amended vide our 2nd amendment is hereby extended from 24 July 2010 to 4 August, 2010 at 10 AM Kabul Local Time. Accordingly the dates given in ITB 23.2(c), 24.1 and 27.1 of the bidding document should be read as 4 August, 2010 and the Bid Securities submitted along with the bid should now be valid up to 30 December, 2010 (Refer ITB 21.2 (f)). However, if a bidder has already submitted his bid and does not want to substitute or modify it, the bid security validity dates as per amendment # 1 or 2 (as applicable) will be acceptable for his bid.
