This procurement will be issued 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) through commercial acquisition procedures. See government-wide Numbered Note 29. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered for award. Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is issuing a solicitation for same-day round trip courier service, Monday through Friday, between the VA Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC), 790 Veterans Way, Pensacola, FL 32506, the Eglin Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 100 Veterans Way, Eglin AFB, FL 32542, and the Department of Veterans Affairs Gulf Coast Veterans HCS/CBOC, Naval Support Activity, 101 Vernon Avenue, STE. 387, Panama City, FL 32407, for the period of October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011, with four (4) each one-year option periods. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, gasoline, insurance, and anything else necessary to accomplish the regularly scheduled same-day round trip courier services. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 492110, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The solicitation will be issued on or around July 21, 2010.
