TWIN CITIES UPLAND RESTORATION-COSUMNES The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is soliciting proposals and associated cost estimates from individuals and companies with demonstrable experience and expertise in restoring California native grasses and forbs. The project site is located at the Cosumnes River Preserve near the intersection of Interstate 5 and Twin Cities Road, south of the City of Elk Grove, Sacramento County, California (SE of Section 17, and a portion of the NE of Section 20 of the MDB&M, Sacramento County, California) (Map 1). The project will begin no later than October 1, 2010. Solicitation can be downloaded from www.fedconnect.net
