KNOC FERGHANA OPERATING COMPANY
Tender No. 1-NTCP/2010
PURCHASE OF SERVICES UNDER THE CONTRACT “Drilling Conceptual Design of HTHP exploration well” and design of “Individual Executive Plan for Prospecting Well Construction”

1. KNOC Ferghana Operating Company intends to apply a portion of its funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation is issued and now invites sealed proposals to provide the following services: Drilling Conceptual Design of HTHP exploration well” and design of “Individual Executive Plan for Prospecting Well Construction.

2. Tender bidding is open to all Bidders. The Bidder should meet the following minimal qualification criteria:

a) have the annual turnover of minimum 300 thousand US Dollars;
b) for the recent three years, have the experience in implementation of works as a main Contractor for three or more contracts, similar works based on character and complexity with the works under the Tender Bidding such as Conceptual Design of HTHP exploration well, Drilling Program Design on the basis of HPHT.
c) have the certified equipment and qualified personnel;
d) have the proper licenses according to the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.410 dated 24.09.2003, clause 2.2.1 of HSE requirements in oil and gas industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and clause 5.4 of Guidelines RH 39:010:2003);
e) have possibility for receiving of the required Tender Bond and Performance Bond;
f) possess civil legal capacity to sign the Contract.

3. Interested companies may obtain complete set of tender documentation in Russian and English upon submission of application (applications on company’s letterhead signed by the director) at the address given below, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. The deadline for submission of Proposals is 05.00 pm on August 6, 2010.

4. Applications must be accompanied by a Tender Bond in original form and in the amount of at least ten thousand USD (10,000.00 USD) issued by a first-class bank.

A Tender Bond of local Bidders may be in local currency at the exchange rate of Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date when Tender Bond was issued. Tender Bonds of foreign Bidders should be in USD.

Late Proposals shall be rejected.
