1.General

Tenders are sought by UNDP Egypt on behalf of the Shore Protection Authority (SPA), within the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI), from experienced marine works consultation firms to undertake studies and design work required in connection with the coastal revetment flanking the mouth of the Rosetta branch of the River Nile. The successful Consultant will develop and design suitable remedial works, and prepare all necessary tender documentation to enable the works to be realized based on an assessment of the revetment and an investigation for the cause of the present problem affecting the structure that will be also simultaneously tendered by the EU.
