1. You are requested to submit a proposal for creation of software, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

The goal of the present RFP is development of specific application software for creation and maintenance of new
unified database of insurers being registered both in the Ministry of Taxes (MoT) and State Social Protection
Fund of the republic of Azerbajian (SSpe). The database must contain all necessary information regarding juridical and
physical entities.
