The Municipalities Affairs, Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs would like to announce the following Open Tender:

Term Contract for Landscaping Architectural Design Consultancy Services

 Tenders are invited only from Grade A Professional Landscape Consultants
 The works comprise of the Supply of Consultancy Landscape Design Services, Pre-contract, Post-contract , Fitting or any other related works and other Services at various locations in the Kingdom of Bahrain according to orders issue by the authorized Engineer.
 Tenders are invited from Contractors who have Bahraini Commercial Registration for the above mentioned activity.
 Those interested in submitting Term Contract should contact the Directorate of Finance – Municipalities Affairs (Tel 17501586, 17144624) building in Manama during the working hours to pay a non-refunded documents fees for the Municipalities Affairs, and collect the tender documents starting from Wednesday 30th Jun, 2010, and to Enclose with his offer the Initial Bond for the amount specified above, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD. 100/-. The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee , cash or Insurance Policy valid for the duration specified in the tender documents.
 Offers should be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Tender Board's Office, seventh floor, Al Moayyed Tower, Seef Area.
 Those submitting a Tender shall adhere to the provisions of decree No (36) for year 2002 in respect of the regulation tender and government purchase and the executive regulation decree No (37) for 2002.
 In addition these conditions has to be considered:
1-Enclose copy of the Commercial Registration Bill, for the current year, and has to be included/matched with the tender subjects.
2-Form no. )TB 02 (is to be filled completely, mentioning the Total Tender Value and Unit Price (accordingly).envelope )A)
3-Enclose the Original Initial Bond copy of the Commercial Registration Bill and the Certificate of Compliance issued by Ministry of Labour with Form no. 02 in the Technical Bid Envelope (B) without Tender Values.
4-Enclose a certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower issued by the Ministry of Labour.
5-All tender documents ( Original / Copy ) which has been submitted with the offers should be stamped with the companie's Stamp.
