TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
PUBLIC TENDER NO: 3395 – 33/6 – FS/89
TENDER SUBJECT: Purchase in Installments of Six (6) Brand New Waste
Management Packages & Supply of Required Personnel
National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Iranian
Oil Company (NIOC), intends to award the above-mentioned contract to a well known and
qualified contractor through a competitive and public tender. On this occasion and for the
purpose of receiving the electronic tender document files, interested local and foreign companies
(legal entity), up to July 7, 2010, may obtain the set of bidding documents, which contains the
proposed contract terms and conditions by sending their formal application along with its
company’s name, activities and email to NIDC Contracts Department – Ahvaz, Iran.

It is worthy to add that:
1- Tenderers should be able to provide Tender Guarantee (Euro 73,837 for foreign and
Iranian Rials 941,570,000 for Iranian tenderers) & Good Performance Guarantee (for winner
contractor) according to NIDC’s requirements as mentioned in the tender documents.
2- Two separate contracts pertaining to the purchase of the required waste management
packages and the labor supply services shall be signed with the successful tenderer.
3- The anticipated contract duration will be thirty-nine (39) months.
4- Tenderers shall be required to provide written attestation proving that its company has a
specific policy statement at senior and operational levels, proportionate to the contract subject,
reflecting the management’s commitment to health, safety and environment protection.
5- Tenders should be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes marked “A”, “B” and
“C”. Envelope ”A” should contain tender guarantee, Envelope “B” should contain
commercial proposal of tenderer and envelope “C” should contain previous experiences in related
activities and services contract of tenderer. It is worthy to add that the opening and
consideration of the tenderer’s commercial proposal will be subject to NIDC’s approval for
tenderer’s competency in accordance with the proposed Evaluation Table as mentioned in
Tender Documents.
6- The tender’s closing date shall be August 7, 2010.
7- National Iranian Drilling Company shall reserve the right to reject any or all of the tender(s)
received, in whole or in part at its sole discretion and without any explanation.
