OBJECTIVES

OVERALL OBJECTIVE(S)
The overall objective of the Twinning Project is to contribute to the strengthening of the social protection system in the area of rights of vulnerable families, women and children, in approximation with the EU objectives on social protection and social inclusion as they are set in the process of Social Open Method of Coordination (OMC hereinafter), so as to ensure more effective protection and promotion of the rights of vulnerable families, women and children while fighting poverty and social exclusion.

PROJECT PURPOSE (SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES)
The project purpose is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the SCFWCA to fulfill its mandates through the review of its legal framework, the improvement of its organizational structure, the design and implementation of policy, the reinforcement of the skills of its staff through training and its capacity to carry out awareness-raising campaigns.
