THE CONSIDERATION OF OFFERS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO AMERICAN ORDNANCE LLC (AO). THE AUTHORITY FOR RESTRICTING COMPETITION TO AMERICAN ORDNANCE LLC SHALL BE 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE. THIS SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR SUBCONTRACTING PURPOSES ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TEST AGRICULTURAL LANDS FOR FERTILITY, PH AND POSSIBLE VARIABLE RATE APPLICATION OF LIME AND/OR FERTILIZER IN DESIGNATED AREAS AT IOWA ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT (AAP).
