The purchase of water quality equipment for the Egyptian Ministry of
Irrigation and Water Resources — (MWRI).

This tender is divided into 3 lots:
— lot 1: supply of ion chromatograph,
— lot 2: supply of organic equipment,
— lot 3: supply of biological indicator equipment.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice:

9. Additional information:
The Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI) is
currently implementing a twinning project entitled 'Water quality
management' with the consortium formed of France and Austria led by Italy.
The project has a duration of 24 months starting October 2008.
10. Legal basis:
European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument. EC Regulation No
1638/2006 of the EP and of the Council — OJ L 310/1 of 9.11.2006.
