MINISTRY OF EDUCATION YOUTH AND SPORT EDUCATION SECTOR SUPPORT SCSLE UP ACTION PROGRAM GRANT No. TF 092097 PUBLICATION OF CONTRACT AWARDS The project coordination office of FTI/ESSSUAP hasposted the results of its contract awards from April to June 2010on the public notice board outside the project office. The information includes thefollowing: 1. For NCB and National Shopping contracts: Identification of the bid, lot numbers, name ofeach bidder who submitted a bid, bid prices as read out at bid opening, name and evaluated prices of each bid that was evaluated,name of bidders whose bids were rejected and the reasons for their rejection, name of winning bidder and the final bid price itoffered as well as the duration and summary scope of the contract awarded. 2. For Individual Consultants and Firm contracts: Name of first top three candidates or firms, Nameof consultant or firmwho were awarded contracts, technical score, financial proposal amount, the position they held and theduration of the contract. Anyone interested in viewing this information iswelcome to do so from June 11, 2010 to August11, 2010, or can request at any time a copy of this information through submission of a written request to the addressbelow. A complaint may be made by any party at any stageof the procurement process by written notice. No complaint will be responded to during the evaluation period. Complaints receivedduring the evaluation period will be reviewed by the Employer and a response issued only after the evaluation iscompleted. Complaints shall be addressed to the Program management committee (PMC). The PMC will investigate the grounds for thecomplaint and, with the exception of those complaints received during the evaluation period as described above, respond to inwriting within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint. In the event that the response from the PMC does not satisfy the unsuccessful bidders, consultants, firms or there is noresponse to the complaint received within 14 calendar days, the complaint should be referred to the Department of PublicProcurement (DPP), Ministry of Economics and Finance, #92, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia with a copysentto the representatives of the Funding Agency, Task Team Leaders, Senior Operation Officer, Education Sector, The World BankCambodia Country Office #113 Norodom Blvd, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Tel: (855-23) 217 302/301 and Fax: (855-23) 210 504/373. . The finding of the DPP with regard to thecomplaint shall be final but with prejudice to any other recourse or remedies available under the lawsofCambodia.
