The National Energy Research Center (NERC) is announcing External call for
Tenders by sealed envelope for design, manufacture, supply, transport,
insurance, testing, execution of the civil and erection words and putting
into operation of the equipments, machineries and appliances to execution
a typical wind park with total capacity (40-50) MW at the northern boarder
of Qatineh lake south-west of Homs in accordance to site conditions on a
turn-key basis, including the supply of spare parts, tools and training on
site and external training of NERC's personnel, with all needs to
guarantee the operation and maintenance, in accordance with the conditions
specified in the file of the external call for tenders No. 2/2010
- bid bond: (300 000) € only three hundred thousand Euros
- Performance bond: an amount equivalent to (10%) of the contract's value.
Execution period: The bidder must determine the period to execute this
project on turn - key basis which will be considered as preference element
between offers.
- Validity of the offer: /90/ days.
- Commitment of the awarded contractor towards his offer is /120/ days.
- The offered prices should be fixed and final.
- The bidder has to nominate a commercial agent for him in Syria who has
to be duly registered.
- The bidder has to be bound with the regulations of all Financial and
Legal Condition Book, especially paying the taxes and duties subject of
article (18) of the financial and legal condition books.
- NERC will grant the contractor an advance payment equal to (15%) fifteen
percent of the total value of the contract.
- Offers should be presented within a period terminating at the end of the
official business hours of Monday dated 16/8/2010 to the Registration
office of NERC, at Damascus - Kafersusseh Square (behind Althawra
Newspaper), Main Street.
- The Tender dossier can be obtained against an amount of (1 000) € from:
NERC, Financial Department Kafersusseh square-behind Althawra Newspaper.
