II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope
Cantitatea maxima estimata de combustibil pentru care se va depune oferta si în functie de care va fi formulata propunerea financiara este de 1.161.000 litri, pentru perioada de derulare a acordului-cadru de 45 luni, din care:
- 742.500 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica 95;
- 148.500 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica minim 98;
- 270.000 litri pentru motorina tip Euro-Diesel.
Cantitatea minima estimata de combustibil care se va achizitiona în baza acordului-cadru, pentru perioada de derulare a acestuia de 45 luni, este de 492.000 litri din care:
- 300.000 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica 95;
- 72.000 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica minim 98;
- 120.000 litri pentru motorina tip Euro-Diesel.
Cantitatea minima estimata de combustibil care va face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent este de 10.250 litri, din care:
- 6.250 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica 95;
- 1.500 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica minim 98;
- 2.500 litri pentru motorina tip Euro-Diesel.
Cantitatea maxima estimata de combustibil care va face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent este de 309.600 litri, din care:
- 198.000 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica 95;
- 39.600 litri benzina fara plumb cu cifra octanica minim 98;
- 72.000 litri pentru motorina tip Euro-Diesel.

Garantie de participare in cuantum de 60.000 lei. Garantie de buna executie a contractului subsecvent in cuantum de 5% din valoarea contractului subsecvent, fara TVA.

- Declaratie privind eligibilitatea completata în conformitate cu Anexa nr.1 din Sectiunea a 4-a a documentatiei de atribuire;
- Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în prevederile art. 181 din O.U.G. 34/2006 completata în conformitate cu Anexa nr. 2 din Sectiunea a 4-a a documentatiei de atribuire.
- Documente care dovedesc capacitatea de exercitare a activitatii profesionale: Persoane juridice - Ofertantul va prezenta, în original sau copie legalizata, certificat constatator (extras de registru) emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului de pe lânga Tribunalul competent teritorial, eliberat ulterior datei de 28.05.2010, din care sa rezulte:
a) ca obiectul de activitate al ofertantului include activitati privind producerea si/sau comercializarea produselor de tipul celor care fac obiectul procedurii de atribuire;
b) persoana juridica este în functiune si ca nu sunt înscrise mentiuni cu privire la procedura insolventei;
c) persoanele care reprezinta persoana juridica în relatia cu tertii.

- Ofertantul va prezenta, în original, formularul din Anexa nr. 3 din Sectiunea a 4-a - Lista principalelor livrari de produse efectuate în ultimii 3 (trei) ani, continând valori, perioade de livrare, beneficiari, indiferent daca acestia din urma sunt autoritati contractante sau clienti privati.

Prin lista prezentata, ofertantul trebuie sa demonstreze ca a îndeplinit în ultimii 3 (trei) ani unul sau mai multe contracte care au avut ca obiect furnizarea unor produse similare celor care fac obiectul prezentei proceduri si care au avut valoarea cumulata egala sau mai mare decât 1.000.000,00 Lei, fara TVA. Formularul completat trebuie însotit în mod obligatoriu de certificate/documente constatatoare emise si contrasemnate de beneficiarii contractului/contractelor, mentionati în formular, care sa contina informatii referitoare la îndeplinirea obligatiilor contractuale.
