The Ministry of Transport wished to advise that the contract for the Transport Sector Policy & Framework Study has been awarded to Roughton International, UK.

The following firms were short-listed:

Technical Scores were weighted at 80% - 75 pt pass mark
Roughton International 85.9 x 0.8= 68.72
Castalia 77.5 x 0.8= 62.00
SMEC 67.1
McCormick Rankin Cagney 75.4 x 0.8= 60.32
VisionRI 75.8 x 0.8= 60.64

The McCormick Rankin Cagney proposal was set aside owing to a conflict of interest issue.
