The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement for refinishing of desks for the United States Senate. The AOC will perform delivery and pick of (14 desks per trip) if the successful offeror is located within a radius of 30 miles from the Capitol Building. If the successful offeror is located beyond the 30 mile radius of the Capitol building the offeror will perform pick up and delivery of desks. The desks must be returned to the Senate in 21 Calendar days. Base Year Approximately 125 Right/Left L shaped desks, approximately 75 Double Pedestal desks, approximately 200 desks total. Option Year 1 Approximately 125 Right/Left L shaped desks, approximately 75 Double Pedestal desks, approximately 200 desks total. Option Year 2 Approximately 125 Right/Left L shaped desks, approximately 75 Double Pedestal desks, approximately 200 desks total. Option Year 3 Approximately 125 Right/Left L shaped desks, approximately 75 Double Pedestal desks, approximately 200 desks total. Option Year 4 Approximately 125 Right/Left L shaped desks, approximately 75 Double Pedestal desks, approximately 200 desks total. Base Year and Option Years 1 � 4 Approximate 1000 desks Total This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by May 22, 2010. Requests for hard copy must be made to rkirkwoo@aoc.gov or (202) 266-1947. The solicitation is available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed.

If you have already submitted your proposal then you will need to sign the amendment and fill out section B of the amendment. Then submitt the amendment in the same way you submitted your proposal. If you have not yet submitted your proposal you will need to follow the instructions on attached document offer delivery instructions. Also note that the amendment document uploaded to this site yesterday did not include the updated wage determination so you will want the amendment document uploaded to this site today 08/13/2010.
