1. This Specific Procurement Notice follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business Issue No. 616 dated 16 October 2003.

2. The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received a Loan from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of the Development of Senior Secondary Education Project (DSSEP) [Education III]. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the supply and installation of Science Laboratory furniture & equipment in five (5) Project Schools.

3. The Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of Science Laboratory furniture and equipment in the following five (5) project Schools:
Lot SC01 – Agona Nyarkrom Secondary Technical School in the Agona West Municipality of the Central Region – Bid security (USD 2,000), Delivery period (120 days)
Lot SC02 – Juabeso Senior High School in the Juabeso District of the Western Region – Bid security (USD 2,000), Delivery period (120 days)
Lot SC03 – Kukuom Agric. Senior High School in the Asunafo South District of the Brong Ahafo Region – Bid security (USD 2,000), Delivery period (120 days)
Lot SC04 – Bole Senior High School in the Bole District of the Northern Region – Bid security (USD 2,000), Delivery period (120 days)
Lot SC05 – Jirapa Senior High School in the Jirapa District of the Upper West Region – Bid security (USD 2,000), Delivery period (120 days)
Bidders may bid for any or all lots
