7. Contract description:
The expert to be recruited in this tender will support the Government of Belize in executing the functions and responsibilities of the National Authorising Officer articulated in Article 35 of the Cotonou Agreement by providing assistance in all aspects of programme preparation, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and progress reporting with the aim of enhancing the delivery of the Government's development strategy.
