United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Afghanistan UNDP ELECT Project, invites you to submit a bid for the supply and delivery of Plastic Furniture (Tables and Chair) described in Section 4 of this Invitation to Bid.

All bids are subject to the Instructions to the Bidders and such other provision, specifications and instructions as are attached or incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter collectively called “Invitation to Bid” or “ITB”). Solicitation documenst hereunder include:

Failure to adhere to the requirements of the ITB may be grounds for disqualification of the Bidder from the evaluation process.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract. Your bid could, however, from the basis for a contract between your company and UNDP Afghanistan.
