Note: Description
1) Repairing, fabrication, erection, re-fixing of Umbrella M.S sheet with MS channel M.S angle iron etc complete in all respect with using existing ok) sheets (Fabrication of heavy Steel work with angles, tees, bends, used iron and sheet iron for making trusses grinder, tanks etc including cutting, doling, revebng handling, assembling and fixing but excluding in erecting position) (WCSR: 2008 Paqe-20,3/16) = 4407.69 Kg.
2) Erecting, fitting of M.S sheets with M.S channels, M.S Angle iron etc in all respect (Erecting and fitting in position of iron trusses Slaging of water tanks etc) (WCSR: 2008 Paqe-20,3/17) = 4407.69 Kg.
3) Scraping, brushing & removing of old paint from Metal surface (WCSR: 2008 Paqe-12-1/3 = 32177 Msquare
4) Painting old surface 2 coat red oxide as directed by The Engineer Incharge on corrugated surface, patent roofing etc with oil paint. (WCSR: 2008 Page12-1/4a{i*ii) (45.38 * 35.30 = 80.68 W\ = 428.56 M squre

Quotation on item rates basis for the subjected work as detailed below are hereby invited from your firm on the terms
1) The Quotation shall be received at 13:30 Hrs on 31.03.2010 and opened on same day at 14:00 Hrs at the o/o under singed in presence of the bidder, who care to be present.
2) The quotation may either be sent by mail or deposited in the tender box kept for the purpose in the office of the in undersigned before due date and time, for opening as above .
3) The quotations received with over writing/cutting and having doubtful figures will be rejected.
4) The envelop containing the quotation snail be sealed & addressed to this office should be written following on the top face of the envelop. 'Enquiry No' "Due For Opening On" The work shall be carried out according to the standard design and specification and instruction of the Engineer Incharge.
The payment will only be made for the work carried out according to the standard applicable specifications and satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge. The under specification work and material shall be rejected and will have to be removed I replaced by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
Note - D D/Pay order amounting to Rs. 500V- in favour of R.E(M) TPS, Jamshoro may be attached at the bme of submission of btd in a separate envelop mentioning the name of firm and subject.
