Note: Supply of Petrol & Diesel : to Karakoram International University Gilgit-Baltistan

Sealed bid/proposals are invited from interested authorized dealers of the filling station owners for supply of petrol and diesel to Karakoram International University Gilgit-Baltistan. Interested authorized dealer s who have their own filling stations in the vicinity of Gilgit town are informed to submit their letter of interest to Manager Purchases, KIU Gilgit-Baltistan up to March, 30, 2010 during office hours (8:oo am to 4:00 pm). The supplier should provide the following information along with letter of interest.
1.Authorized dealership certificate.
2. Complete address where the filling station is located
3. Number of employees working in the filling station.
4. Number of filling machines installed in the filling station.
5. Information regarding type of machines that has been installed in the filling station e.g, digital, manual etc.
6. The supplier who will be pre-qualified and the KIU management deemed most suitable, has to enter into an agreement with KIU for supply of petrol and diesel to KIU.
7. The suppliers can obtain the detail terms and conditions of the agreement from the office of the Manager Purchases, KIU Gilgit-Baltistan during office hours.
8. KIU reserves the right to pre-qualify any supplier which they deem most suitable for supply of petrol and diesel to KIU. KIU also reserves the right to cancel the whole process with out giving any reason thereof. However, the reasons may be communicated on request of the suppliers but not necessary to justify those reasons at any forum.
