Engineering Change Proposal for underground 6 Water Piping in the amount of $48,776.00

The Original Task Order is to survey, analyze field data, prepare an engineering design drawings and specifications, install equipment or complete repairs per the approved design. The Contractor shall furnish the materials and labor required for inspecting and upgrading HVAC equipment and Direct Digital Controls in Building H-5454 at Ft. Bragg, NC. Direct Digital Controls shall be inspected and upgraded on HVAC systems as specified in Attachment 4. The Contractor shall repair and replace HVAC equipment, controls and incidental electrical and structural elements as needed for a complete and useable system. The Contractor shall survey the hardware necessary for this project and validate the operational effectiveness of any equipment to be reused. All surveys will be coordinated with Ft. Bragg maintenance personnel. The HVAC equipment and LonWorks system shall be for a complete operational system as defined in Attachment No. 4 and per the specifications listed in Attachment No. 1. This project includes design and installation of LonWorks direct digital control (DDC) equipment for remote monitoring and control from the existing Ft. Bragg LCS server located in 3-1634.
