This notice is provided for informational purposes only as required by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Modification P00004 (Reference R00005, Case FL002-2) to Contract W912DW-09-C-0034 for RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER 20198, Repair DPT Training Facility-Repair Windows, Walls, Floors, Roof, Ceiling, Elect, Etc. was awarded on 19 March 2010 to definitize all costs and time associated with the scope of work previously issued by Unpriced Change Order modification P00003. The price reflected in modification P00004 represents the difference between the final definitized price for the change and that previously issued by modification P00003. For clarity, this modification restates the scope of work as follows: Remove all asbestos containing bumpy wall texture on the third floor. This modification resulted in a DECREASE of $3,040.00 to the contract price.*
