This notice is provided for informational purposes only as required by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Modification A00001 (Reference R00004, Case FL007-1) to Contract W912DW-09-C-0034 for RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER 20198, Repair DPT Training Facility-Repair Windows, Walls, Floors, Roof, Ceiling, Elect, Etc. was awarded on 11 March 2010 as an Unpriced Change Order to provide Notice to Proceed (NTP) and make Not-to-Exceed (NTE) $35,000 available to the Contractor for progress payments associated with the following scope: Demolish existing second floor lathe and plaster ceiling and walls that are identified in Sketches FL007-1A and FL007-1B and replace with gypsum wallboard (modification provides additional details on the exact scope of work related to this change). The final amount of the modification is subject to negotiation and will be definitized upon receipt of the Contractors proposal. This modification resulted in an increase of $35,000 to the contract price.
