Perform services to pump out dump stations and vault toilets for Thomson Causeway, Big Slough, Cattail Slough, Bulgers Hollow and Lock & Dam #13 Recreation Areas, located near Thomson, Illinois. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 562111 will apply with the size standard of $12.5 Million. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Price. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 12 February 2010. The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on 4 March 2010, 3:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
