The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line, is seeking qualified sources that can provide various J.D.C.I./Boat Master parts to support the 26� Trailerable Aids to Navigation Boat Trailer (TANB). All parts supplied must be genuine J.D.C.I./Boat Master parts- no substitutes, or aftermarket parts shall be accepted. All parts shall be preserved, packaged and marked in accordance with Coast Guard specifications. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. It is anticipated to award a fixed-price Requirements-type contract consisting of one (1) base year, and two (2) option years. All engineering and technical data, drawings, etc. required to manufacture these parts are proprietary information to the OEM. It is the Government�s belief that only J.D.C.I./Boat Master can provide the required parts therefore the Government shall solicit only J.D.C.I./Boat Master and/or their authorized distributiors. Concerns were given the opportunity to submit their capabilities in the Sources Sought Notice published on FedBizOpps on February 26, 2010. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number HSCG40-10-Q-50043 shall be available for download from FebBizOpps on or about April 7, 2010. This date is estimated at best. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
