Garantia de participare - 1% din valoarea estimata pentru fiecare lot,conform fisei de date a achizitiei. Garantia de buna executie - 5% din valoarea fara TVA a contractelor subsecvente.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Declaratii privind eligibilitatea - Cerinta obligatorie: prezentarea formularului 1 din Sectiunea IV, Formulare si anexe. Va fi exclus ofertantul care nu îndeplineste conditiile de eligibilitate
Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în prevederile art. 181 din O.U.G. 34/2006 - Cerinta obligatorie:
completarea formularului 2 din Sectiunea IV.Vor fi exclusi de la procedura de achizitie ofertantii care se afla într-una din situatiile prevazute la art. 181 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006.

Prezentarea Certificat înregistrare;
Prezentarea Certificat constatator emis de catre Oficiul Registrului Comertului de pe lânga tribunalul teritorial valabil la data deschiderii, prezentat în original sau copie legalizata, din care sa rezulte urmatoarele informatii:
- obiectul secundar de activitate al ofertantului;
- asociatul unic/asociati;
- administratorul/ administratorii societatii;
- sediul social principal/secundar;
- punctele de lucru;
- nu sunt înscrise mentiuni cu privire la aplicarea Legii nr. 85/2006 privind procedura insolventei sau ca societatea se afla în incapacitate de plata .

Bilanturi contabile si conturile de profit si pierdere pentru ultimii 3 ani, în copie legalizata.

Cerinte minime de calificare:valoarea cifrei de afaceri anuale (în cel putin unul din anii prezentati) sa fie cel putin egale cu valoarea estimata a lotului(-rilor) pentru care a depus oferta.

Cerinte obligatorii :
1.Buletine de analiza sau rapoarte de încercare , in original sau copie legalizata, valabile pentru anul in curs, emise de un laborator de analiza neutru acreditat RENAR, care sa ateste ca materialele din care sunt confectionate produsele, corespund specificatiei tehnice din caietul de sarcini.
2.O lista a principalelor livrari de produse efectuate în ultimii 3 ani, continand valori, perioade de livrare, beneficiari, indiferent daca acestia din urma sunt autoritati contractante sau clienti privati. (formularul nr. 8)

Cerinte minime de calificare: 1.Prezentarea buletinelor de analiza sau rapoartelor de încercare a materialelor de baza cu precizarea tuturor caracteristicilor tehnice ale acestora prezentate în specificatia tehnica pentru loturile pentru care s-a depus oferta; Va fi respinsa oferta care nu îndeplineste cerintele minime prevazute de caietul de sarcini. 2.Operatorul economic sa faca dovada livrarilor de produse (din aceiasi grupa CPV) de o valoare cel putin egala cu valoarea estimata a lotului pentru care a depus oferta. În acest scop, lista prezentata va fi însotita de certificari/confirmari din partea beneficiarilor. Listele si certificarile/confirmarile vor fi depuse separat pentru fiecare lot în parte.
