RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Andritz Hydro Corporation, DACW01-99-C-0076

The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a modification to contract number DACW01-99-C-0076, a competitively awarded Fixed-Price Contract for the Walter F. George Powerhouse Rehabilitation of Units 1-4 awarded to Andritz Hydro Corporation, 10736 David Taylor Dr, Ste 500, Charlotte, NC 28262. Utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds, the modification will be for an equitable adjustment for work already completed on the project by this contractor. Without the equitable adjustment, the contractor will need to reduce his staff and work on the project will be slowed. Contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds will be incorporated into the existing contract.
