U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with Robertson Fuel Systems L.L.C 800 W Carver Rd STE101 Tempe, AZ 85284-5264, for 3-Way Valve Handle Assembly Kit,  P/N HM012-122-101 for the AH-6M, MH-6M aircraft fielded for USSOCOM.  The proposed action is for an item that is designed, developed and manufactured by Robertson Fuel Systems L.L.C. Manufacturing Co. and the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1.  Firms that feel they can provide this item or equal are encouraged to identify themselves.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)).  A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The estimated release date of the solicitation is 25 March 2010.  You may request a copy via e-mail to stacey.kirkland@us.army.mil.The purchase will made as a commercial buy under FAR Part 12.   See Note 22.
