VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a multiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIA) contract for Dental Laboratory Services. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. NAICS Code is 339116. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-10-RQ-0210. The solicitation shall be available on or about March 24, 2010. This procurement is to manufacturer dental frameworks, crown, bridges, IAW prescription specifications for the VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, CA 92161. Period of performance shall be for one base year with the Government having the option to exercise four (4) one year renewal periods. No phone calls shall be accepted. Point of contact is Imelda M.
