A Public Sector Organization invites tenders from reputable firms, stockiest, whole sale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors, duly registered with Sales Tax Department and having their independent office with telephone numbers, for the supply of the following items on FOR D.G. Khan basis.
The Tender documents having detail specification of items along-with terms and conditions for supply will be sold up till 12-4-2010. The request for the purchase of tender documents along-with tender fee of Rs. 400/- for each tender in the shape of Call Deposit (Non Refundable) in favour of Sr. Accounts Officer, RO. Box No. 35, DG Khan payable at any bank of DG Khan will be acceptable only.
The tenders will be opened on 13-4-2010 at 1430 hours in the presence of those who so desire.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations.
